All Maggie Adams Jewellery pieces are shipped from Australia using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If a piece requires additional time — such as custom sizing or made-to-order work — this will be noted in the product description or communicated via email.

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: approximately 7 business days

• New Zealand: approximately 10 business days
  (Rural areas may experience longer delivery times.)

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade jewellery.

For security purposes, orders suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity may be delayed or declined pending verification. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
