Returns & Refunds Policy
I want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of your order arriving.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Tracked postage is recommended, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received
Exchanges are processed within 21 days of receiving the returned item
Custom commissions, bespoke pieces, and custom-sized rings are non-refundable and non-returnable
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade jewellery.
Jewellery Care
Jewellery is made to be worn and treasured, but precious materials do require care. To help your pieces last:
Avoid exposure to perfume, hairspray, lotions, chlorine, and water
Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or sleeping
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to avoid scratches and tangling
Pieces made with cords or braided fibres should be kept dry to maintain strength and longevity
90-Day Warranty
Every piece of Maggie Adams Jewellery is covered by a 90-day warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. If a manufacturing fault occurs, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
This warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear
Scratches or surface marks from everyday use
Plating wear over time
Loss or theft
Damage caused by another jeweller’s repairs or resizing work
