Jewellery Care

Each piece of Maggie Adams Jewellery is made with care and high-quality materials. To keep your jewellery looking beautiful, please read the Care Instructions when your piece arrives. Chains need special care. Tangled chains, sleeping in jewellery, or storing chains loosely can cause weakened links or breakage — especially in fine chains. Store your jewellery separately and handle it gently to keep it in its best shape.

Warranty & Repairs

If a workmanship issue appears, I’ll repair your jewellery free of charge (excluding postage) within 12 months of purchase. After that, I’m happy to repair it for a small fee — just get in touch before sending it back. Please note: damage from impact, wear, or not following the care instructions isn’t covered under warranty. Chipped stones aren’t covered, as these are caused by impact.

Returns

I want you to love your jewellery. If it’s not quite right when you see it in person, you’re welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Custom or commission pieces can’t be returned, as they’re made especially for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any commission work begins. This follows a detailed design process with your input at every step to make sure your piece turns out exactly as you imagined.
