Custom Commissions

Creating a custom piece is a collaborative and meaningful process, designed with your input every step of the way to ensure your jewellery feels personal and unique.

A $160 design fee is required to begin the design process. This amount is deducted from the final cost of your completed piece.

To begin manufacturing and material sourcing, a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required once the design is confirmed. Most custom commissions take approximately 8–10 weeks to complete, although specific timelines will be discussed during the process.

Please note:

• Accurate sizing is important for custom rings, and resizing fees may apply if an incorrect size is provided

• Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable

• When working with heirloom stones or customer-provided materials, every care is taken during the creation process, however liability cannot be accepted for damage that may occur during setting or manufacturing
